My Next "Healing & Recovery Group" is starting Wednesday, May 19th at 6:30 pm EST.

This is group coaching for partners of sex addicts (whether together, separated, or divorced from the addict) to support you and provide you with community for your healing and transformation journey. We will explore topics such as:

• how to combat stress and anxiety
• boundaries and expectations
• establishing safety
• clarity and decision making
• physical health and the effects of stress and trauma on the body
• self-care
• strength and resilience
• crafting your new future
• and much more

You will find a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment with other women who are healing and learning to thrive regardless of the state of their marriages.

We will be using a mixture of the following curriculum:

8 weekly ZOOM sessions, 90 minutes per session. $200 ($25 per session!!). Group is limited to only 8 participants, to allow each participant to receive individualized support and coaching.
